We aim to process your request as quickly as possible. After checking and clarifying the matter, we will contact you as soon as possible via email. For reasons of data protection, we cannot give answers to people who are not contractual partners. Meaning, if the contact details differ from the data in the contract / order confirmation, your request cannot be answered. Commercial customers should also note that a proper notification of defect is part of the obligation to notify.
